When a great friend Sara asked me to take her maternity photographs one morning, I of course accepted! She knew she wanted just a few simple, beautiful shots of her and her baby belly. It looks like we got some keepers for sure – what do you think? I can’t wait to take photos of the little one, once he or she is born!

I am so excited to announce that Angela Gaspar Photography has received a Best Of 2009 award on Onewed.com! To receive this award you must have at least 5 reviews from clients and they must be perfect scores.
I was one of only 4 winners chosen in New York state! I really want to thank everyone for taking the time to share your thoughts and your experience with me as your photographer. I am looking forward to 2010 and to many more great reviews!

I had the pleasure of shooting Naz and Murtaza’s engagement shoot in NYC a couple of weeks ago. We started our adventure in my neighborhood, the Lower East Side, then made our way over to some very interesting locations in Brooklyn. We had a great time walking around and shooting until sundown. They have made a very nicely designed wedding website, featuring the photos from our shoot. Take a look, and enjoy their photos below!

Here is something you may not know about me: I am obsessed with wedding blogs! One of my absolute favorite wedding blogs is Polka Dot Bride, so I was extra excited to have my Brooklyn, NY wedding of Amie and Tim featured on their website today! Click here to see my feature in the Real Weddings section.
You couldn’t ask for better weather on this gorgeous fall day in West Dover, VT. The wedding was held at “The Hills” and the home and grounds were simply stunning. I had such a great time photographing this special day. Thank you so much and enjoy the photos!

Vote for me in the People’s Choice catagory of Top Knot’s Wedding Photography Contest, presented by PDN. A huge deal in the world of wedding photographers, this annual contest is judged by a panel of magazine editors and publishers.
This year they added a “People’s Choice” section, and the winning images will receive the People’s Choice Award online. I’d love to have your vote!

I had so much fun shooting engagement photos with Devon and Jessica, who are engaged to be married next November. The weather was gorgeous, with the leaves at full peak on this Friday afternoon. We wandered through tall grass and up hills, exploring an old abandoned barn and climbed retired train cars. It was quite the adventure!

Sara and EJ wanted to document not only their love for each other but the love they share for their adorable (and energetic) dog Hannah. We had such a great time walking through the woods on this gorgeous Vermont fall day. I was very impressed with how well behaved Hannah was for the session. I could swear she knew she was being photographed and posed accordingly. Thanks Sara, EJ, and Hannah
