Cira Green Proposal

It was a rainy day when Todd asked Melissa to marry him and this Cira Green proposal was perfect. With so much emotion, Melissa said yes while wiping tears away to kiss her new fiance and also get a look at her new ring. After their proposal we took photos on the rooftop and walked along the path of the Schuylkill River nearby. This was where the couple had their first date, so it was full of special meaning.
