I connected with this amazing couple on a neighborhood app of all places. They wanted to have their day captured by someone local to their neighborhood so they could support a small business and that meant a lot to me.

I photographed Jennifer and Jason’s wedding in Mario Lanza Park in Philadelphia. The day called for rain but luckily held out just as their ceremony ended. I’d say that’s pretty good luck! Friends and family came to watch from afar and though their wedding was small the love around them was huge.

It would only make sense for them to end their evening at their favorite neighborhood bar New Wave Cafe.
