Oscar and Alyssa's Philadelphia waterfront proposal

Oscar and Alyssa's Philadelphia waterfront proposal was perfection. Oscar reached out to me when he was ready to propose to his sweet partner, Alyssa, on the waterfront at RCA Pier. This is a place where they loved to go on walks and sit on the park’s benches, so it had special meaning. Alyssa was all smiles and tears as Oscar told her how much she meant to him and proposed marriage with the Ben Franklin Bridge as their backdrop. She was double surprised when her family popped out to celebrate with them!
