Philadelphia proposal in Rittenhouse Square

After helping Patrick plan for weeks, the day finally came for his Philadelphia proposal in Rittenhouse Square.

I cleared the park’s fountain of people on a busy Friday evening just in time for the couple to make their way over. I photographed Patrick kneeling and asking Kate if she would marry him. She cheerfully said “yes”! I captured all the adorable moments as they kissed, and Kate checked out her gorgeous ring.

We then explored the neighborhood as an officially engaged couple for their first portrait session. I loved photographing all the sweet moments and laughs between them.

It was a perfect day for a beautiful proposal.
