Philadelphia Proposal Photography Addison Street

A sweet Philadelphia proposal on Addison Street

Kolton reached out to me when he was ready to pop the question to his love, Caroline. The two had met during the pandemic. Caroline lived in NYC, and after years of long-distance romance and many Amtrak trips, she moved to Philadelphia to be with Kolton. They were ready to take their relationship to the next step, and he wanted me to capture the surprise proposal on Addison Street. The couple planned a trip to Italy, and he had a feeling she thought he would propose there. Kolton had other plans and wanted them to be able to celebrate their entire trip as an engaged couple.

On the day of, I was waiting for their arrival, camera in hand. He took her hand and whispered all the reasons he wanted to spend his life with her before getting down on one knee. With excitement, Caroline said yes and was filled with happiness as he put her engagement ring on her finger.

After the proposal, we walked around Rittenhouse for some adorable couple photos. I think my favorite part was when a neighborhood dog came over and posed for pictures with them. I think this is a sign to rescue a dog before the wedding day!

I hope you enjoy reliving this day through your proposal photographs for years to come!
