This surprise proposal photo session in Philadelphia this winter was so much fun! Dressed to perfection on a chilly day in Philly, Joe got down on one knee and asked Sam to marry him and she said YES! Friends and family rushed over, along with their cute pup to congratulate them. After some cozy photos in Penn Treaty park we made our way to the couples home to pop champagne and celebrate more.
