Maas Building Wedding With Retro Vibes

I’m really excited to share Madeline and Sasha’s Maas Building Wedding with retro vibes.

The couple’s style truly came through, of course, with the help of amazing vendors. Furnishings from Vision Furniture, mixed in with Jackie Small florals, and overall stylings and coordination from Philly DIY made this wedding at Maas building stand out.

Getting Ready at The Archway Hotel in Fishtown

Madeline got ready at the ultra-modern Archway Hotel in Fishtown, Philadelphia, with her mother and chic wedding party. The dress she loved shared the same name as her future husband, Sasha, and she was stunning in it. Madeline wanted to be comfy at her wedding, so she wore sneakers that day. Sasha got ready on location at their venue before the couple shared their first look.

First look at The Maas Building

Madeline wanted a first look with her dad before her first look with Sasha, and it was adorable. I’m a huge fan of a first look, so two is better than one! Sasha was speechless when he saw Madeline in her dress, which definitely comes through in their photos.

We took some time to explore the courtyard and inside of The Maas Building for portraits, just the two of them, before heading out for wedding party and family portraits. It’s so great to get all of your photos done before the ceremony so you can spend all your time at cocktail hour with your friends and family.

The Ceremony

These were some of the most authentic and sentimental vows I’ve ever heard. The words were like poetry and had everyone in tears and laughter. Sasha broke the glass under the Chuppah, and they sealed their marriage with a kiss!

Let the party start!

With the couple officially married, that meant the festivities would begin. The amazing food from Peach Tree Catering is beautiful and delicious at the same time. Oysters, hors-d'oeuvres, cocktails, and the most breathtaking grazing stations at each table blew my mind!

With heartfelt speeches from family members and friends, the tears and cheers were plentiful.

After the food came the dancing! I love a wedding hora, and this one was pretty spectacular. Before the end of the night, the couple cut their cake, and how much do you love the cake topper of their dog?! All in all, it was an amazing wedding at the Maas Building, and I’m happy to share the images with you today.
